This Anti-Cheat Circumvention Statement (“Statement”) explains OhSo Cheats’ development standards and technical practices relating to anti-cheat systems, game security features, and protected software mechanisms. This Statement exists to clarify that OhSo Cheats does not engage in any form of anti-cheat circumvention, reverse engineering of protected game code, or bypassing of technological protection measures.

1. PURPOSE OF THIS STATEMENT

This Statement is intended to:

  • Affirm OhSo Cheats’ commitment to lawful, clean-room development practices
  • Clarify OhSo Cheats’ technical limitations and design restrictions
  • Reduce the risk of misinterpretation regarding how OhSo Cheats Software operates
  • Establish clear evidence that OhSo Cheats does not circumvent anti-cheat technologies or protected systems

2. NO ANTI-CHEAT BYPASSING

OhSo Cheats explicitly states that its Software:

  • Does not disable anti-cheat systems
  • Does not bypass anti-cheat protections
  • Does not interfere with anti-cheat enforcement
  • Does not access protected memory regions monitored by anti-cheat
  • Does not spoof or falsify anti-cheat telemetry
  • Does not attempt to avoid detection through kernel manipulation or driver modification

OhSo Cheats’ Software operates externally, without accessing or interfering with any protected components of game software or anti-cheat platforms.

3. EXTERNAL-ONLY OPERATION

OhSo Cheats’ Software is strictly designed to function through external methods, which include:

  • Reading publicly accessible system-level information
  • Displaying visual overlays external to the game process
  • Non-invasive user-interface automation
  • Standard OS-level interactions that do not modify or interact with game memory

OhSo Cheats’ Software does not:

  • Inject code into game processes
  • Hook, patch, alter, or modify game binaries
  • Access encrypted or protected memory
  • Execute privileged operations intended to evade anti-cheat detection

4. NO ACCESS TO PROTECTED WORKS OR COPYRIGHTED CODE

OhSo Cheats does not:

  • Reverse engineer protected game files
  • Intercept or modify network traffic between the game client and servers
  • Analyze, decompile, or disassemble proprietary game code
  • Use internal, leaked, or unauthorized SDKs, debug files, or tooling

All development is performed using:

  • Legitimately purchased copies of relevant games
  • Public documentation
  • Standard operating system APIs
  • Clean-room engineering principles

5. NO CIRCUMVENTION OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROTECTION MEASURES

OhSo Cheats does not create or provide tools that circumvent technological protection measures under:

  • Singapore Copyright Act
  • U.S. DMCA §1201
  • EU Copyright Directive
  • Any equivalent anti-circumvention law

OhSo Cheats’ Software is not designed to defeat:

  • Encryption
  • Access-control systems
  • Integrity verification mechanisms
  • Security modules
  • Kernel-level protections
  • File or memory obfuscation systems

The Software’s functionality remains fully operational only within the boundaries permitted by the operating system, without interfering with third-party protections.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Understanding and complying with the terms of any third-party systems
  • Ensuring that their use of OhSo Cheats Software does not violate local laws
  • Avoiding use in jurisdictions where such tools may be restricted

OhSo Cheats does not encourage or condone the use of its Software to violate:

  • Game Terms of Service
  • Anti-cheat policies
  • Copyright or software licensing agreements

OhSo Cheats’ Software is provided strictly for lawful personal experimental and modification purposes.

7. PROHIBITED USERS

To further reduce exposure to misuse and investigative access, OhSo Cheats prohibits use by:

  • Employees, agents, or contractors of anti-cheat vendors
  • Employees, agents, or contractors of game publishers associated with Rust, Arc Raiders, Fortnite, Apex Legends, DayZ, or Dead by Daylight
  • Individuals acting on behalf of security researchers, investigators, or enforcement divisions
  • Persons located in or accessing the Software from Sweden

Users must represent that they are not part of any prohibited category.

8. CONTINUED COMPLIANCE AND DEVELOPMENT PRACTICES

OhSo Cheats maintains internal development controls to ensure:

  • No engineer accesses protected code or internal game resources
  • All testing is performed in a clean-room environment
  • No code is written with the intent to bypass security controls
  • All modifications remain external to game processes

OhSo Cheats regularly reviews its technical architecture to ensure continued compliance with applicable laws and standards.

9. LIMITATION ON REPRESENTATIONS

Nothing in this Statement:

  • Grants permission for unauthorized use of third-party software
  • Alters OhSo Cheats’ Terms of Service, EULA, or Privacy Policy
  • Provides any guarantee that game publishers will not take action under their own Terms

This Statement exists solely to clarify OhSo Cheats’ development approach and legal posture.

DMCA & COPYRIGHT POLICY

This DMCA & Copyright Policy (“Policy”) explains how OhSo Cheats (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”) handles allegations of copyright infringement. Although OhSo Cheats is incorporated in Singapore and governed by Singapore law, We provide this Policy as a courtesy to rights holders who may wish to submit copyright-related notices consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) or equivalent international frameworks.

This Policy does not constitute consent to U.S. jurisdiction or any foreign legal authority.

1. JURISDICTION & LEGAL SCOPE

1.1 OhSo Cheats is a Singapore-based entity and is governed exclusively by the laws of Singapore.

1.2 OhSo Cheats’ inclusion of DMCA-style procedures does not:

  • Submit OhSo Cheats to U.S. law
  • Create obligations under 17 U.S.C. §512
  • Create a designated U.S. DMCA agent
  • Waive jurisdictional objections

1.3 All legal notices, including copyright-related claims, must comply with Singapore procedural law to be enforceable.

2. NOTICE OF ALLEGED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

OhSo Cheats will review DMCA-style notices submitted in good faith. To be considered, all notices must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed
  • A description of the material allegedly infringing
  • Reasonably sufficient information to locate the material
  • A statement by the claimant that they have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that the claimant is legally authorized to act
  • The claimant’s full legal name, organization, and physical address
  • A valid signature

Notices lacking any of the above will be rejected without review.

OhSo Cheats does not respond to:

  • Anonymous notices
  • Automated notices
  • Bulk or bot-generated notices
  • Informal complaints sent through Discord, social media, or live chat
  • Notices attempting to assert control over nominative trademark use or factual references

3. WHERE TO SEND DMCA-STYLE NOTICES

All copyright-related notices must be submitted to:

OhSo Cheats does not accept legal service electronically.

Notices received via email are reviewed voluntarily and do not constitute valid service of process.

4. REVIEW PROCESS

4.1 OhSo Cheats will review complete and valid notices within a reasonable timeframe.

4.2 OhSo Cheats may, at its discretion:

  • Temporarily restrict access to disputed content
  • Request additional information from the claimant
  • Deny the complaint if unsupported or materially incorrect
  • Take no action if the claim concerns nominative fair use or non-infringing commentary
  • Forward a copy of the notice to the affected User

OhSo Cheats is under no obligation to remove content unless required under Singapore law.

5. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE

If content is removed or restricted due to a DMCA-style notice, OhSo Cheats may permit the affected User to submit a counter-notice.

A counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • The User’s full legal name and physical address
  • Consent to Singapore jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving the copyright dispute
  • A physical or digital signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, OhSo Cheats may:

  • Restore the content, or
  • Maintain the restriction if required under Singapore law or arbitration obligations

OhSo Cheats is not required to forward counter-notices to any foreign jurisdiction.

6. ABUSE OF THE DMCA PROCESS

OhSo Cheats may deny, reject, or disregard notices that:

  • Are knowingly false
  • Are submitted without proper legal standing
  • Attempt to suppress non-infringing content
  • Attempt to enforce third-party game Terms of Service
  • Target nominative use of trademarks or references
  • Are used as a tool for competitive, investigative, or retaliatory purposes

Knowingly submitting false DMCA claims may result in civil or criminal penalties under applicable laws.

7. NO WAIVER OF RIGHTS

Nothing in this Policy:

  • Admits liability
  • Creates contractual obligations to foreign entities
  • Waives OhSo Cheats’ rights under Singapore law
  • Imposes DMCA obligations not required by Singapore
  • Grants any third party enforcement authority

OhSo Cheats reserves all rights and defenses available under the laws of Singapore and international intellectual property frameworks.

8. PROHIBITED PARTIES

OhSo Cheats does not accept DMCA notices from:

  • Employees, contractors, or affiliates of game publishers
  • Employees or affiliates of anti-cheat organizations
  • Individuals acting in investigative, research, or enforcement capacities
  • Parties located in, or acting from, Sweden

This restriction exists to protect against harassment, investigative misuse, and bad-faith copyright claims.

LAW ENFORCEMENT & GOVERNMENT REQUEST POLICY

This Law Enforcement & Government Request Policy (“Policy”) explains how OhSo Cheats (“Company”) handles requests for user information, records, logs, or cooperation from law enforcement agencies, government authorities, regulatory bodies, and similar entities (“Authorities”).

This Policy applies to all OhSo Cheats Services.

1. GOVERNING LAW

1.1 OhSo Cheats is incorporated and operated under the laws of Singapore.

1.2 All handling of legal requests is governed exclusively by Singapore legal requirements.

1.3 OhSo Cheats does not voluntarily comply with foreign legal demands unless they are:

  • Submitted through proper diplomatic or treaty-based channels, and
  • Recognized by a competent court in Singapore.

2. ACCEPTABLE METHODS FOR LEGAL REQUESTS

OhSo Cheats only responds to requests that meet all of the following:

  • A valid subpoena, court order, or warrant issued by a Singapore court
  • Requests submitted through international mutual legal assistance channels recognized by Singapore
  • Requests that clearly identify the legal authority and legal basis

OhSo Cheats does not accept or honor:

  • Foreign subpoenas, warrants, or court orders
  • Informal requests by email, Discord, or support channels
  • Requests submitted by game publishers or private investigators posing as authorities
  • Demands from authorities acting outside Singapore jurisdiction unless domesticated through Singapore courts

Improper requests are rejected without review.

3. TYPES OF DATA WE HOLD

For transparency, OhSo Cheats maintains minimal data, including:

  • Email addresses provided by the User
  • Telemetry: HWID, basic system configuration, timestamps, crash logs, key authentication records
  • Discord IDs for support interactions, if applicable

OhSo Cheats does not:

  • Store payment card details
  • Collect gaming activity logs
  • Store decrypted personal content
  • Maintain live surveillance

4. USER NOTICE

Unless prohibited by Singapore law or a lawful gag order issued by a Singapore court, OhSo Cheats may notify the affected User prior to disclosing any information.

OhSo Cheats does not provide advance notice based on foreign-issued secrecy demands.

5. LIMITATIONS ON COOPERATION

OhSo Cheats does not provide:

  • Live monitoring or “backdoor” access
  • Real-time data feeds
  • Custom data collection
  • Assistance in game publisher investigations
  • Behavioral tracking
  • Device or account identification beyond existing telemetry

OhSo Cheats’ cooperation is strictly limited to data already stored and only pursuant to valid legal obligation under Singapore law.

6. FOREIGN REQUESTS

Foreign authorities must follow:

  • Applicable international mutual legal assistance treaties (MLATs), and
  • Singapore’s domestic procedures for recognizing foreign requests

OhSo Cheats rejects:

  • “Urgent” foreign requests not validated by Singapore
  • Informal demands from police, investigators, or regulatory bodies outside Singapore
  • Attempts to compel disclosure through hosting providers or payment processors

7. SERVICE OF PROCESS

OhSo Cheats does not accept service electronically.

8. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

OhSo Cheats reserves the right to challenge, refuse, or object to any legal request that:

  • Is overly broad
  • Lacks legal authority
  • Violates Singapore law
  • Attempts to circumvent required procedures
