REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY

This Refund & Chargeback Policy (“Policy”) explains the rules governing refunds, payment disputes, and chargebacks for purchases made through OhSo Cheats (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”). By purchasing any product, license key, or service from OhSo Cheats, the customer (“User”) agrees to this Policy.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a license key, activation code, or product access has been delivered.

OhSo Cheats does not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of product knowledge or misunderstanding of features
  • User system incompatibility
  • Game updates or temporary downtime
  • Game bans, suspensions, or enforcement actions by game publishers
  • Incorrect purchases made by the User
  • Failure to read product descriptions or requirements

Once a license key is issued or the product is accessed, the transaction is considered fully completed and non-refundable.

2. EXCEPTIONS

In limited cases, OhSo Cheats may review refund requests at its sole discretion if:

  • The product was never delivered, and
  • The issue cannot be resolved by support.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and must include proof of purchase.

Approval of any refund remains entirely at the discretion of OhSo Cheats.

3. TECHNICAL SUPPORT BEFORE REFUNDS

Users experiencing technical issues must first contact OhSo Cheats Support and allow a reasonable period for troubleshooting.

Support may request:

  • System information
  • Error logs or screenshots
  • Basic troubleshooting steps

Refunds will not be considered if the User refuses to cooperate with troubleshooting.

4. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support is considered fraudulent activity.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • The associated license key will be permanently revoked
  • The User’s account may be permanently banned from all OhSo Cheats services
  • The User may be blacklisted from future purchases

OhSo Cheats reserves the right to contest all chargebacks with evidence including transaction records, IP logs, activation data, and delivery confirmation.

5. FRAUD PREVENTION

OhSo Cheats actively monitors transactions for fraud. Orders may be delayed, reviewed, or canceled if suspicious activity is detected.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Cancel orders
  • Restrict or terminate access

if fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected.

6. PAYMENT PROCESSORS

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. OhSo Cheats does not store payment card details.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By completing a purchase from OhSo Cheats, the User confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood this Refund & Chargeback Policy
  • Agree that digital license purchases are non-refundable
  • Understand that chargebacks may result in permanent service bans

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in account termination and loss of access to OhSo Cheats services.
