OhSo Cheats – Terms of Service

End of Service (EOS)

Some tools may stop receiving updates from their original developers. OhSo Cheats is not responsible for such cases. This applies to all license types, including Lifetime licenses. No refunds will be granted in these situations. However, key replacements may be provided when possible. We will not leave customers without a solution.

Sharing Authentication

Sharing your key, account credentials, or any form of authentication is strictly prohibited. Any detected sharing will result in immediate termination of access.

Reverse Engineering

Dumping, cracking, reverse engineering, or attempting to analyze any OhSo Cheats product is strictly prohibited.

Follow Payment Instructions

All payments must follow the stated guidelines. For example, PayPal payments must be sent using Friends & Family (FNF) unless otherwise specified. Payments sent incorrectly may not be honored or refunded.

Product Misuse

Misuse of any product is the responsibility of the user. For example, if you purchase an account and fail to secure it properly, replacements or refunds will not be provided.

Unreasonable Support Requests

Support is only provided for products purchased directly from OhSo Cheats. All support requests must remain respectful and patient.

Policy Updates

Terms may change at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to stay updated with the latest version of the Terms of Service.

Product Status

Always verify the product status in the Discord server before making a purchase. No support or refunds will be given for outdated or discontinued products if the status was publicly listed.

Disputes

Any disputes or chargebacks will result in an immediate ban and may lead to legal or financial action. All disputes are logged and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

Reputation Protection

Scamming, impersonating staff, or spreading false information about OhSo Cheats is strictly prohibited. Offenders may face legal, financial, or community-related consequences.

Refunds

Refunds must be handled directly through OhSo Cheats. If a third party such as PayPal or your bank is involved, your eligibility for a refund will be waived and a counterclaim may be submitted. Refunds are only issued if the issue is determined to be a verified product issue.

Downtime

If you purchase a product while it is experiencing downtime, you will not be eligible for a refund unless the product becomes discontinued before you are able to use it. Once the product is restored, compensation may be provided in the form of additional key time or access to another product.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback, we reserve the right to delete your key, permanently blacklist you from our shop, and restrict access to all OhSo Cheats products (including reseller products). We also reserve the right to submit a counterclaim for any losses or fees incurred due to the chargeback.

In no situation is a chargeback necessary. Please open a support ticket or contact OhSo Cheats support directly so we can resolve the issue.
